SAAS delivered software that will collect activity data from employees and analyse/compare them to employee/team performance. The software will suggest process improvements in sales / delivery / support. Completely integrated with the back end systems and the software will also feed back information to the operational systems. The aim is to replace disconnected operational systems with a connected system that will measure quantitative, qualitative and activity data from the enterprise. It is also capable of defining alert when we observe a sudden change in the activity level of a team or an individual : RH/Coaching or stress management/prevention role.
