Clevermate.fr is a marketplace to find students in the best universities for private lessons. Ingeneering, business school, medecine universities, sciences-po.... are represented Teachers : - profiles checked via the university mail adress. - get paid online - get reviews and recommandations. - have to fill in a reporting sheet after each course in order to get paid. The business model is the one of marketplaces (Airbnb, blablacar...) Private lessons is a mature market which still has not been disrupted. We believe that with good process and good IT we can be better in our product and more efficient in adressing our market. The main issue that we need to overpass is the customer loyalty. After one course, they will overpass. Our plan is to try diferent options that I would be honored to present you. The second step of the project is Clevermate B2B which aims at offering TPE/PME the help of a student for a couple of hours a week (communication, web development...)
