About

FeetMe addresses the neuropathic diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) issue, which in 84% of the cases leads to the amputation (several millions of people are concerned). Our aim is to provide to the patients an efficient but also non invasive, ergonomic and autonomous tool, able to alert them and in this way prevent the DFU at the very early stage. Hence our company develops an insole containing plantar pressure sensors, connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone or a computer. Smart analysis of the acquired pressure data (algorithm developed by FeetMe) allows to measure the DFU related risk and alert the patient as soon as certain level of risk is detected. Our product: - Conceived for a convenient use and can be worn daily by every diabetic patient - Thin and flexible, just as any regular insole - Adaptable to all kinds of shoes - Sensors can be placed wherever they are needed - Measures normal and shear pressure (proprietary technology) - Has ~5 days of autonomy - Has a low producing costs
