Le Vin de France is an online wine marketplace. It helps customers buy wine directly from producers, with no intermediate. We work in total transparency with winemakers, allowing them to choose their selling price and minimum quantities, they are in total control. For every order, the wine is shipped directly from the domain to the customer. We don’t have to handle the supply allowing us to focus on our customers and our online offers. Today the website only sells in France but we are getting ready to go international by the end of year. Our two main markets will be Europe and Asia. The typical customer is a French active worker from the upper class with no time to go shopping in physical stores and wants his / her wine delivered directly at home. They have a high purchasing power and are typically ordering quite often. The membership to the website is free for winemakers, they can reference as many products they want and have a specific page for their domain.
