Reqwest aims to link companies and institutions with other companies and freelances able to fulfil their needs. We are building an innovative B2B platform based on simplified call to tenders. Our project includes an algorithm based on a semantic search engine and reputation factors, in order to be able to offer an efficient matching. Reqwest is a e-procurement service that was built for small to meduim businesses and public sector. Our business model is mainly based on "lead" sale. Each call to tender created is organised in two successive rounds. Between these two rounds, the sellers are asked to subscribe to a premium account or to buy the lead. The solution in currently being developed. The release of the first version is expected for march/april 2014. Our team is composed of 4 persons : a web developer expert of data management, a web designer, a project manager and a CFO/sales manager
