SoKorpo is a platform enabling brands to gain visibility on social media by leveraging its employees. All the brand's social media content (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube...) is centralized in one single platform. Employees can : - easily access all their brand’s communication on social media. - engage with the content by doing likes, comments, retweets… - share their brand’s marketing operations with their network (event, video, discount...). Thus, employees significantly increase content’s reach and help brand's marketing operations go viral. To create and maintain employee engagement, SoKorpo uses several gamification mechanics. Brands are also advised to offer rewards to its employees : either personnal or grouped, with a real or symbolic value, depending on their budget and corporate values. Admins can monitor platform performance in real time : level of engagement, social media reach or conversion rates are just some of the metrics they can track.
